Hi! I'm Mandy Cook
Billings has been home since I was ten years old, and it’s where I’ve built my family, career, and community. My first year in real estate, I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year by the Billings Association of REALTORS®, and since then I’ve continued to grow through earning my GRI designation and serving on local boards and committees. I believe knowledge and integrity are the foundation of great service, and I’m committed to guiding my clients with honesty, patience, and care—whether they’re buying their very first home or moving on to their next chapter.
What makes me different is simple: I see real estate as more than a transaction. To me, it’s about building relationships, creating comfort during big decisions, and making the process as smooth (and maybe even fun!) as possible. I’m a wife, mom of two busy boys, “team mom” at the ballfields, and dog mom to two golden retrievers. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me baking chocolate chip cookies, cracking a dad joke, or cheering from the bleachers. My goal is to bring that same energy—warmth, commitment, and a sense of humor—into every real estate journey.
